About the Role As our Admissions and Business Office Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, managing patient records, and coordinating with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate billing. You will also be the primary point of contact for patients and families, providing support and education throughout the admission process. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Coordinate admissions processes, including scheduling, patient intake, and staff assignments Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Communicate with insurance providers to resolve billing and reimbursement issues Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, addressing their concerns and questions Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as patient satisfaction and admissions metrics Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA Assisting with filing for Medical Public Assistance programs, as needed Requirements 2 years of experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Knowledgeable in Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes Proficiency in electronic medical records and billing software High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Why Join Our Team?
