This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is confident managing both office operations and accounting responsibilities within a fast-paced, high-volume branch environment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable multitasking, prioritizing competing responsibilities, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy service branch.
Responsibilities Accounting and Bookkeeping:
Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and collection calls. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. Maintain accurate and complete financial records. Assist with financial tracking, reporting, and branch administrative support.Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient workflow within a large branch environment. Manage multiple priorities and responsibilities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and administrative organization. Handle office communication, scheduling, and correspondence. Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with branch employees, management, technicians, and customers.Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal team members. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with the service team to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Software Utilization:
Utilize accounting software (Sage) for financial management and bookkeeping functions. Use ServiceTitan for managing service operations and customer interactions. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience:
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, office administration, or a combination of both, preferably within a fast-paced service, home services, construction, or customer service-oriented environment. Experience managing multiple responsibilities within a busy branch or office setting is highly preferred. Prior experience with ServiceTitan, Sage accounting software, payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and general office operations is strongly desired.Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred, but not required. Equivalent hands-on office administration, bookkeeping, or accounting experience will also be strongly considered.Skills:
Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment. Confident handling accounting responsibilities while simultaneously supporting daily office operations and branch needs. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with employees, customers, and leadership. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work independently, remain organized under pressure, and contribute positively as part of a team.Benefits & Growth:
