Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Woodridge, IL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting both clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in daily office operations while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients Process customer payments accurately and efficiently Assist walk-in and call-in customers with inquiries and service needs Provide accurate, timely, and complete information using appropriate systems and tools Support producers and service team with administrative tasks as needed

Deliver reliable results and follow through on tasks Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborate effectively with team members across departments Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
Qualifications:
High school diploma with some office or administrative experience Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Prior insurance experience is a plus Interest in obtaining a Personal Lines CSR license
