Job Description

The Physician Office Manager operates the Physician Practice under the supervision of the Practice Manager. This position is a working manager position. Hours are M-F 12p-8p, Saturday and Sunday 9a-5p, Holidays 9a-5p. One weekend per month required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
LPN or Medical Assistant Degree Preferred High School Diploma or GED Required SKILLS:
Ability to work independently and with groups. Analytical and problem solving skills. Annual CPR recertification Ability to operate office equipment: computer, printers, fax machine, copy machine, telephone Good knowledge of medical terminology Use of correct terminology, spelling and grammar in documentation. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various healthcare professionals, patients, families, and employees.
