Office Manager

Objective:

The office manager is a cross-trained individual and some of the essential job duties are to handle the following job functions:

Job Function:

• Process payroll, using ADP and Attendance on Demand .
• Process account payable.
• Assist with visitors and deliveries.
• Process workman comp claims
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Administer insurance claim forms.
• Maintain and distribute an accurate employee department roster.
• Familiar with Nav and Specright a plus.
• Able to use Quickbooks .

Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Strong skill set in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Maintain a professional attitude.
• Dependable.
• The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning the employees and financial files.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective listening skills.
• Effective decision making and problem-solving skills This is a general list of this position's duties and responsibilities.

May be asked to assist in other departments as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
