Allied Adult Day, LLC Business Manager Job Description Objective:
The Office Manager is expected to perform a variety of duties to lead the office to meet all Allied goals. The Office Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing office services and related office activities to achieve growth and development of the business. The Office Manager is expected to recruit, screen, hire, train, and engage department staff to provide the highest quality service to clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the annual operational plan. Achieve the annual operational plan's revenues, gross profit, profitability, and other operational goals by the stated milestones. Provide leadership and management of all Allied departments such as Case Management, staffing, human resources, client services and home care sales which affect operational efficiency and achievement of the operational goals. Manage outcomes of all department activities and direct changes that will drive achievement of operational goals. Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with referral sources in the community. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are implemented and communicated to all employees in order to meet all Federal, State, local and Allied rules, regulations, and standards. Secondary Responsibilities Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary for the successful operation of Allied Care. Establish and maintain strong relationships with other Case Manager/Provider Agencies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners and other referral sources. Education/Experience Requirements College degree or equivalent work experience. Two years of business experience in Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver, Veteran Care, Pediatrics, Home Care, Private Duty or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Must possess a valid driver's license.
