Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support the overall efficiency of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and serving as a central point of coordination for bookkeeping, human resources, and office administration. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Operations Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized, efficient work environment Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs Order and manage office supplies and equipment Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications Bookkeeping & Financial Support Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and accounts payable/receivable Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Coordinate with external accountants or bookkeepers as needed Human Resources Support Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding employees Maintain employee records and personnel files Support ADP payroll processes and benefits administration Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations General Support Support management with special projects as needed Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Identify opportunities to improve office systems and processes Qualifications Previous experience in office management, administration, bookkeeping, or HR preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe, etc.) High attention to detail and ability to multitask Professional, dependable, and proactive work style Compensation $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
