POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at our West 10th Street location. This is a full-time, fully in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in being the person who holds the office together.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Answer and direct incoming calls and correspondence professionally and promptly
  • Greet and assist clients, agents, and lenders visiting the office
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for title and closing documents
  • Support the closing team with scheduling, document preparation, and general administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping to ensure accuracy across all files
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional communication — both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
  • Team-first attitude and a positive, can-do approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Prior experience in a real estate, title, or legal office environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
