Job Description:
We are a faith-based, purpose-driven dance organization seeking a confident, organized, and people-centered Part-Time Office Manager. This role serves as the face of our studio and plays a key leadership role in daily operations, sales, and family engagement.
Responsibilities Include:
Front-office management and family communication Sales, enrollment support, and retention follow-up Leading and supporting staff with clarity and accountability Bringing bold ideas to improve systems and growth Maintaining organized administrative and financial records Exercising discretion and professionalism Representing the studio's mission and values
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Marketing, Sales, PR & Communications, Business Management, Logistics, Dance, Accounting, or related field Sales and customer service experience Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working with children and families Coachable, teachable, and accountable Leadership mindset with a can-do attitude Values align with a faith-based organization Apply by submitting your resume to info@brisdanceplace.com and a brief statement of interest.
