Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management within a healthcare or professional environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a compassionate organization dedicated to exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including communication with referral sources and patients and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Oversee administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for staff appointments, meetings, and patient visits with efficiency. Supervise clerical staff and provide training on office procedures, phone etiquette, and customer service standards. Handle basic accounting tasks utilizing Excel. Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining organization, managing supplies, and overseeing general administrative support. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while fostering a welcoming environment. Skills Proficiency in office management software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, proofreading, and document management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices. Prior Home Health clerical or administrative experience in healthcare settings such as medical or dental reception is preferred. Experience with bookkeeping, calendar management, and personal assistant duties enhances overall performance in this role.
