Job Description

Position:
Administrative Coordinator /
Office Administrator Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of a busy flooring company. This individual will play a critical role in supporting daily operations, coordinating field crews, and ensuring projects are scheduled and executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch flooring installation crews Prepare crews with job details, materials, and necessary documentation Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members Manage calendars, appointments, and project timelines Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and employee support Monitor workflow and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Support management with various administrative and operational duties
Qualifications:
Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other business software Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience with scheduling, dispatching, logistics, or project coordination preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and being a key contributor to a growing company.
