Job Description
About Us We perform installation, rigging, millwrighting, and maintenance for manufacturing and industrial markets across the Southeast. Job Summary The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations whiles providing clerical and administrative support to management. #SIC #LI-SW1 #LI-onsite Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintains a system for recording expenses and filling out expense reports.
- Assists with the planning of company functions and events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience.
- Working knowledge and experience with MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong planning and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
