Third Space Design Build Third Space Design Build is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of our business. This role is central to keeping our projects, finances, and administrative systems running smoothly. We're a growing landscape and design-build company, and this position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes, keeping things organized, and supporting both the field team and leadership behind the scenes. What You'll Do This role blends office administration, bookkeeping, and operations support : Operations & Project Support Set up and track projects from approval to completion Coordinate scheduling and support project timelines Assist with material ordering and estimate preparation Maintain visibility into upcoming and active jobs Financial & Bookkeeping Manage invoicing and customer payments Process vendor payments and track expenses Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Reconcile accounts and support monthly reporting with CPA Administrative & Office Management Maintain organized records for customers, vendors, and employees Manage insurance documentation, claims, and DOT compliance Track equipment, vehicles, and tools Keep the office organized and running smoothly Customer & Team Support Communicate with clients regarding scheduling and updates Support internal coordination between field and office Help maintain a high level of customer service and follow-through What We're Looking For Experience in office management, administrative support, or bookkeeping Comfort with QuickBooks (or similar accounting tools) Strong organizational and follow-through skills Clear, professional communication Ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once High level of reliability and attention to detail Bonus if you have: Experience in construction, landscaping, or a project-based business Familiarity with CRM or project tracking tools

Schedule:
Full-time preferred; open to part-time (20-30 hours/week) for the right candidate
