Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while managing essential bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a strong aptitude for multitasking. In this role, you will be the backbone of daily office functions, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting team members with administrative needs. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and staff Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Perform bookkeeping duties utilizing QuickBooks or similar software to manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and financial record keeping Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading to ensure all records are current and error-free Provide exceptional customer support through friendly communication and prompt resolution of inquiries in person or via phone/email Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical experience in a professional setting Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and general computer literacy Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer service interactions Knowledge of bookkeeping practices including data entry, filing, and basic financial management Previous experience in office environment roles such as clerical support or customer support roles demonstrating reliability and professionalism Join us in this exciting opportunity to bring energy and excellence to our office operations!
