This position is 40 hours a week from 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. We are located in Shawnee near K-7 and Shawnee Mission Parkway. This position will involve taking calls if needed, scheduling, dispatching technicians, assisting the owner with SOPs, e-mails, letters and other tasks as needed. You must have Apple computer knowledge, typing skills, grammar and spelling skills and great communication style. The ability to multitask and keep the office running and organized is a must. Other responsibilities may include; helping the business grow, assisting the owner as needed and overseeing current office staff. Requirements Knowledgeable in Apple computer operations and typing 60 wpm. Good interpersonal skills required in order to communicate effectively with internal and external callers and visitors and provide information with courtesy and tact. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Good analytical skills necessary in order to handle complex administrative details. Good judgment needed to assess and prioritize multiple activities for technicians and management. Working knowledge of multiple office software products, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 5 years of Prior office experience required.
