This vital role involves managing front desk operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth office flow, and delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional environment. Your energy, organizational skills, and attention to detail will help foster an efficient workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer support and ensuring they feel comfortable upon arrival Manage phone systems efficiently, amswering calls with professionalism and courtesy Handle all administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools and other booking systems Schedule appointments, manage grooming calendars, and communicate effectively Maintain a tidy and organized front lobby area, ensuring all materials are readily accessible and the workspace is clean and welcoming Support clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing office emails, and providing general administrative assistance as needed Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic appointment scheduling capabilities Strong phone etiquette with experience handling phone systems and providing exceptional customer service Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your professional talents shine!
