Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle front desk tasks including filing depreciation, following up with customers, and collecting balances Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping using digital tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Support office management activities such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions Proofread correspondence, documents, and reports to ensure clarity and accuracy Skills Proven experience with office management and clerical duties in a professional environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and calendar management Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to perform typing quickly while maintaining accuracy; proofreading skills are essential for document review Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine!
