Charter Senior Living of Hopkinsville is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Business Office Manager (BOM) to support the daily operations of our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of accounting, administrative leadership, and team support in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure smooth operations across the community.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Office Manager plays a key role in supporting the operational and financial success of the community. This position is responsible for managing accounting functions, general bookkeeping, and administrative processes while assisting the Executive Director in ensuring all departments are running efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage community accounting functions including billing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial tracking Maintain accurate financial records and reports Support payroll coordination and administrative processes Assist the Executive Director with daily operational needs Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff regarding billing and administrative matters Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support a positive, organized, and efficient office environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in business office management, accounting, or administrative roles required Experience in senior living, healthcare, or service industry preferred Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Professional and team-oriented mindset
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit for extended periods Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds Ability to move throughout the community as needed
