Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team. The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily financial and administrative operations of the facility while ensuring excellent customer service for residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Manage resident accounts, billing, collections, and accounts receivable Oversee Medicaid, Medicare, private pay, and insurance billing processes Maintain accurate financial records and census information Supervise business office staff and daily office operations Assist residents and families with financial questions and admission paperwork Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Coordinate with facility leadership regarding budgets, payroll, and financial reporting Maintain confidentiality of resident and financial information
Qualifications:
Previous experience in long-term care business office management preferred Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing processes Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computer systems and financial software High school diploma required; college degree preferred
