This role is vital in coordinating administrative functions, managing communication channels, and supporting team productivity. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth Oversee multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous customer support and internal communication Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and accessibility Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other computer applications for administrative tasks Handle clerical duties including typing, filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence efficiently Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience with office management processes and administrative support functions Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support Proven ability in data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and maintaining accurate records Strong time management skills coupled with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure Join us as an Office Manager where your energy fuels our success!
