We are a screen printing/embroidery/heat press/trophy business and I am going to have you learn all the positions so that if someone is off/out sick that you will be able to fill in. I wont be asking for full proficiency in every department but atleast the ability to cover a job that needs to be done that particular day. You will mainly be customer facing taking orders and answering phone calls while also overseeing that everyone has what they need to get their work done as well as doing a little bit of the embroidery when you are able. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a sometimes fast-paced setting Experience with the graphics program CorelDraw or comparable software Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette Ability to place vendor orders efficiently and accurately Proficiency in office technology such as multi-line phone systems, scheduling software, and basic office equipment Any embroidery/screen printing/heat pressing background is a plus Hours are

M-F 10-5

Saturday 10-3 and Closed on Sundays Hours are set to 40 using all 6 days. If you choose you can work everyday and get to 40, or take a day off and either get 33 or 35 hours a week. I ask that you work a minimum of 5 of the 6 days, obviously would love for you to be here everyday as OT is totally achievable if you dont mind working late or early. Very rarely do we ever not have something going on. Currently have 2 employees; you will be the 3rd! Welcome aboard! Work isnt work when you are having fun doing it. We create alot around here and we have fun, thats the most important part!
