Front Office Manager 1367 Gardiner Ln, Louisville, KY 40213 $16.00 - $16.50 an hour - Full-time $16.00 - $16.50 an hour - Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team at our vibrant resort. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all front desk operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, streamline daily processes, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Manage and supervise front desk staff, providing coaching and training to ensure top-tier guest interactions Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with enthusiasm and prompt resolution Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and guest preferences using property management systems Foster a positive team environment that promotes excellent customer service and guest relations Multitask effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail and hospitality standards Qualifications Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management, with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to serve diverse guests effectively Previous hotel or resort experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with front desk procedures and guest services Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with guests from various backgrounds Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hospitality software systems and reservation management tools A passion for hospitality, guest relations, and creating memorable experiences for visitors Join us in delivering unforgettable stays by leading our front office team with energy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to hospitality excellence!
