Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented administrative professional to help keep our office operations running smoothly every day. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in creating an exceptional workplace experience for both employees and clients. Estimated salary $60-$65K, based on experience. In this role, you'll support daily office operations, administrative functions, team coordination, client hospitality, vendor management, event planning, and internal communications. From managing schedules and office logistics to coordinating meetings, supporting HR processes, and helping maintain our company presence on LinkedIn, this position is central to keeping everything operating efficiently. ? Responsibilities Include
  • Managing front office operations and incoming communications
  • Coordinating meetings, calendars, and office events
  • Maintaining office organization, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Supporting employee onboarding/offboarding and HR coordination Assisting with expense reporting, transaction logs, and reconciliations Overseeing facility maintenance and office systems Coordinating client hospitality initiatives and employee celebrations Supporting company communications, newsletters, and LinkedIn updates ?
