Pay Rate:
$16-$18 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Data Entry Clerk to support daily office operations during a system implementation. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can efficiently manage data entry tasks and provide general office support. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner Assist with basic office and clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document management Support team members during a system transition by maintaining organized records Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information Qualifications Previous experience in an office, administrative, or data entry role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer service skills
