Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager/Project Manager to lead our administrative operations and oversee project execution across various departments. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to coordinate daily office functions, manage multiple projects, and ensure seamless communication within the team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, filing, and clerical duties to ensure smooth workflow. Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for team meetings, appointments, and project deadlines to optimize time management. Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives to foster a motivated and skilled team. Handle vendor management by sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and service providers. Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar software, and maintaining personnel records. Assist with budgeting, bookkeeping, and expense tracking to ensure financial accuracy and accountability. Coordinate event planning for company meetings, workshops, or community outreach activities to promote engagement and team building. Maintain organized records Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or project coordination within a professional setting. Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and phone etiquette for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience in event planning, vendor management, human resources functions, and office experience including front desk operations. Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
