Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will support various administrative functions, enhance customer service experiences, and maintain an organized workspace. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders efficiently Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks accounting software for invoicing and AP. Applicant must be familiar with Quickbooks online. Assist with personal assistant duties when needed. Maintain a clean, organized office environment to promote productivity and safety Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), QuickBooks, and data entry tools Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management procedures. Knowledge of clerical practices such as filing systems, calendar management, and record keeping Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day
Pay:
$2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
