This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys building systems and improving efficiency, and wants the opportunity for significant financial growth through performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize daily office operations Coordinate patient scheduling, workflow, and procedure logistics Help manage insurance verification and preauthorizations Work closely with billing teams and assist with revenue cycle oversight Improve patient communication and overall patient experience Assist with operational growth and multi-location coordination Support procedure scheduling and surgical coordination Help develop efficient systems and workflows as the practice expands Preferred Qualifications Experience managing a medical office or specialty healthcare practice Billing, insurance authorization, or revenue cycle experience strongly preferred Experience with surgical, endocrine, ENT, cosmetic, interventional, or specialty practices is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and problem solve independently Leadership mentality with interest in long-term growth opportunities Compensation Competitive base salary based on experience Significant performance-based incentive opportunities Opportunity for substantial financial growth as the practice expands High performers with strong operational and billing experience can achieve compensation well above base salary through incentive structure tied to practice growth, operational efficiency, collections, and overall performance.
