As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with our standards. CARF & STATE
report binders. Coordinate log reviews, supervision, and chart reviews with Case Manager/Clinical Manager. Perform weekly Quality Assurance checks. Handle recruitment process including reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates. Oversee new hire onboarding and training. Conduct regular inspections and drills, ensuring proper documentation and filing. Coordinate and document staff meetings and trainings. Assist professional staff with insurance-related tasks. Manage client referrals and scheduling of assessments. Handle insurance verification and authorizations. Oversee time sheets for office staff and liaise with Payroll Manager. Maintain client charts and office supplies. Adhere to all safety rules and complete annual training. Marketing Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or higher. Proficiency in computer usage and data entry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in Mental Health field is preferred but not required. Strong interest in the health and welfare of others, particularly individuals with mental disabilities. Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities.
