Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This energetic professional will oversee administrative functions, coordinate team activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for creating an organized and welcoming office atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the administrative backbone of our organization while supporting team success and operational excellence. Duties Coordinate and oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized environment Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and office events to optimize team productivity Supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and clerical personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment Handle vendor management by negotiating contracts, overseeing supplies procurement, and maintaining positive vendor relationships Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting training & development initiatives Manage payroll processing to ensure accurate employee compensation Maintain bookkeeping records, handle filing systems, and perform general office clerical tasks to support smooth operations Implement office policies related to front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and phone etiquette Organize regional events and meetings Education/Experience A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Services, or a related field and 2 years of professional experience in executive support or office management, or a high school diploma or equivalent and 6 years of professional experience in executive support or office management. Must be proficient in MS Office, have excellent decision-making, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills. Pay:
$36,000.00 - $41,000.00 per yearBenefits:
