Job Description

To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a property management firm located in Beverly, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This full-time role has hours Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, with on-site work across multiple properties. The position supports day-to-day property operations, tenant communication, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. It is compensating $26-$46/hour, depending on experience level. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume communication across email, phone, and systems Assist with maintenance scheduling, turnovers, and vendor coordination Conduct property inspections, including units, common areas, and grounds Meet and coordinate with vendors onsite; manage access and oversee work Source and present vendor quotes for review Respond to tenant inquiries via online platforms Manage rent-related outreach and payment follow-ups Ensure timely and proper tenant notifications for property access Support office documentation, reporting, and internal materials (e.g., newsletters via Canva)
Candidate Qualifications:
Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently Strong communication skills; confident handling direct or difficult conversations Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle Comfortable around pets Professional, proactive, and reliable with strong accountability Experience in customer-facing or operations-focused roles is a plus Familiarity with CRM systems or Canva is preferred but not required
