  • $80,000 As our Business Office Manager , you'll be the heartbeat of our administrative operations.
You'll ensure that billing is accurate, payroll is timely, and records are meticulously maintained—so our caregivers can focus on what they do best: caring for residents. Your work will directly impact on the financial health of our community, the satisfaction of our residents and their families, and the smooth day-to-day functioning of our nursing home. What You'll Do Oversee all business office functions, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and resident trust accounts. Manage census reporting and ensure accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation with nursing and admissions teams. Serve as the primary liaison for residents, families, and third-party payers regarding billing inquiries and financial arrangements. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for financial and administrative processes. What You'll Bring Proven experience in healthcare business office management within in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing processes. Proficiency with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
