Job Description

We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily business operations. This is a Long-term Contract position offering a steady schedule, with the potential to grow into a longer-term opportunity. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative experience, maintain an efficient office environment, and serve as a reliable point of contact for front-desk and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office activities to keep administrative operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory levels for office materials and place supply orders as needed to avoid interruptions.
  • Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide attentive front-desk support to staff and guests.
  • Process accounts payable tasks accurately, including handling invoices and supporting timely payment workflows.
  • Coordinate general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, document preparation, and office organization.
  • Monitor office needs proactively and resolve routine operational issues to maintain a productive workplace.
