Office Manager Location:
Boston, USA We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Boston. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing support to various departments. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage office operations including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
Provide administrative support to various departments
Monitor and maintain office budget
Oversee and manage staff schedules
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
Generate reports and presentations as needed
Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
