Job Title:
Office Manager We are a growing company in need of an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Boston. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, including but not limited to, maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files.
  • Liaise with various departments within the company to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Hire and train new administrative staff members.
  • Monitor budget and expenses related to office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
Salary:
Salary for this position is $1700 per month.
