Coordinate assembly and sending of client deliverables. Maintain an efficient digital and paper filing system for administrative files. Manage accuracy and availability of firm contacts. Basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or payroll support. Manage time, billing, and collection systems. Handle procurement of office supplies. Maintain client deliverables due date monitoring system. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting Get along well with team and clients in a small office environment. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. Proficiency operating office equipment and computer programs. Strong organizational and communication skills Self starter who can operate effectively with minimal supervision.
