Randstad is working with a growing, fast-paced company to fill a position supporting their office operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a start-up environment and managing all aspects of an office from greeting visitors to managing meetings and light IT support. What s In It for you?

Qualifications:
  • High attention to detail
  • 3-5+ years of experience in office management minimum, tenure in previous roles
  • Ability to work onsite every day and high reliability
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced environment and general technical aptitude
  • Can-do, no-task-too-small, problems solving attitude salary: $45,000
  • $55,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM

PMeducation:
AssociateResponsibilities-Act as the primary, on-site ambassador for the workspace, delivering a welcoming, elite customer service experience for all incoming personnel, clients, and guests.
  • Oversee daily front counter duties, manage incoming switchboard inquiries, and coordinate all inbound and outbound postal, freight, and courier logistics.
  • Supervise the procurement and tracking of workplace necessities, keeping common areas and breakrooms fully stocked and meticulously arranged.
  • Audit, process, and archive corporate facility expenditures-such as leasing costs, utilities, and vendor bills-utilizing internal digital approval channels.
  • Coordinate the logistics, catering, and seating arrangements for internal boardrooms, team celebrations, and corporate guest itineraries.
  • Partner with HR to streamline the orientation process for new hires by preparing workspaces, assigning building credentials, and resolving daily staff facility requests.
  • Systematically track recurring facility operational expenses, monitor budget allocations, and manage timelines for vendor service renewals.
  • Serve as the central point of contact to resolve ongoing facilities issues, working seamlessly with external contractors and internal departments.
