The ideal candidate will be experienced in customer service/satisfaction roles. Must have the ability to interact effectively with customers and insurance adjusters. Must be able to perform clerical work, process payments and basic accounting. Experience with Quickbooks a plus. Answer phones and provide quality customer service. Follow up on voicemails. Assist customers with their rental car needs. Keep accurate transaction records. Must have at least three years experience in customer facing roles and basic accounting/record keeping.
