The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage front desk staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of hotel management and guest relations. Bilingual abilities and experience in hospitality management are highly valued to support diverse guest needs and enhance overall service quality. Duties Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries Lead and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain professionalism Manage multi-line phone systems, handle reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism and courtesy Oversee guest relations to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment Assist with night audit duties as needed, ensuring accurate financial reporting Support multilingual guests by providing assistance in their preferred language whenever possible Maintain a professional appearance and uphold excellent phone etiquette at all times Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is required Strong background in customer service, guest services, and guest relations Experience with front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a resort or hotel setting is advantageous Knowledge of hospitality management principles, hotel operations, and guest services best practices is essential This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a vibrant hospitality environment while delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
