Job Description

Reputable, family owned commercial construction company is seeking motivated and extremely organized assistant office manager/bookkeeper with exceptional attention to detail, math and problem solving skills. Ability to work closely with others and also manage the office independently at times. Duties include all aspects of Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Payroll. Filing weekly and quarterly payroll tax reporting. Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for Contracts and job costing of all projects. Maintaining all records regarding HR, Insurances, vehicles and job costs. Organizing and ordering office supplies as necessary. Being able to communicate with job supervisors and subcontractors to make sure the office has sufficient paperwork related to ongoing projects. Must have upbeat and proficient personal relation skills and be comfortable speaking with customers and vendors. Experience with Word and Excel is required. Experience with Sage software is helpful.
