Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external vendorsMaintain records, files, and general documentation with accuracy and confidentialitySupport basic accounting functions such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations (as needed)Handle scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetingsAssist with data entry, reporting, and preparing routine correspondenceMaintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate orderingSupport leadership with various administrative or operational tasks as assigned
