Job Overview Are you an experienced HVAC Technician tired of climbing up in attics and working in the summer with no A/C? Maybe your back's broken, or you blew your knees out? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! Metrowest Mini Splits is the fastest growing heat pump company in New England that takes pride in taking care of our customers — and our team. We're looking for a friendly, tech-savvy go-getter to help keep our office running smoothly. If you're organized, good with people, and love wearing multiple hats, you might be exactly who we're looking for! Duties Customer Service Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers warmly ServiceTitan & CRM Management Maintain and update customer records, accounts, opportunities, and contacts Manage system roles, licenses, and user assignments Help integrate ServiceTitan across sales and field operations Customize dashboards and profiles to keep data useful and actionable IT & Tech Support Troubleshoot tech issues and help team members solve day-to-day technology problems Set up and manage accounts for various platforms and tools Serve as the go-to tech liaison and help build the team's digital confidence Personal & Administrative Assistance Assist ownership with email management, correspondence, and dictation Pitch in on a variety of tasks as business needs evolve HVAC Support (Bonus!) Assist with creating layouts for simple HVAC systems Schedule appointments, answer questions, and route inquiries to the right people Handle reminder calls for surveys, installations, services, and PMs Respond to answering service messages and routine email correspondence Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling based on customer availability and location Skills Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software A strong communicator — friendly on the phone, clear in writing Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM is a big plus Previous office, admin, or customer service experience preferred A team player with a can-do attitude
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
