Antico Irrigation Systems has been New England's most trusted name in irrigation since 1980. A family-owned business based in Marlborough, MA, we proudly serve 3,000+ residential and commercial customers across the region. We offer irrigation design, installation, and service, landscape lighting, lawn maintenance programs, and commercial snow plowing. We are open 52 weeks a year and proud of the year-round team we've built.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced, take-charge Client Service Manager to lead our inside office service team. This is a supervisor role — you will oversee a team of 3 office staff while also rolling up your sleeves and doing the work alongside them during quieter periods. You are the glue between our inside office operation and our outside field service team. You take ownership, you make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and you put your name on the quality of everything that comes out of this office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Training Supervise and lead a team of 3 office service staff Train new office employees in the event of a staff change Set the standard for professionalism, accuracy, and customer service in the office Scheduling & Routing Ensure all contract customers are communicated with and scheduled in a timely manner Review and organize the next day's service calls to ensure they are printed and routed in the most efficient order for the technicians Coordinate daily with the outside Service Manager to ensure a seamless handoff between the inside office and field technicians Paperwork & Quality Control Review technician paperwork from the prior day to ensure accuracy and completeness Hold technicians accountable (through the outside Service Manager) when paperwork is not completed correctly Maintain accurate customer records and service histories Contract Management Monitor expiring customer contracts and proactively reach out to set up renewals Ensure all contract customers are receiving the service they are entitled to under their agreements Customer Relations Serve as the escalation point for customer complaints and concerns, handling them professionally and to resolution Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction Answer phones and emails alongside the team as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior supervisory or office management experience required Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment A natural leader who takes ownership and holds themselves and others accountable Experience in a service-based, home services, or field service industry strongly preferred Proficiency with computers and scheduling software Irrigation or landscaping industry knowledge is a plus but not required
