As we continue to provide high-quality structures to thousands of clients. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance administrative efficiency, and provide a great customer service experience. As an Office Administrator, you will assist in managing clerical tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will help keep our workplace running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems both digitally and physically Assist in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Assist with office duties such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining office equipment Provide administrative support including typing reports, preparing presentations, and managing email communications Requirements Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong computer literacy and familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and office management software like QuickBooks Exceptional phone etiquette Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Office Administrator where your proactive approach and dedication will make a meaningful impact on our team's success!
