Established HVAC service company seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Office Manager working 20 hours a week to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Customer service and client communication Managing invoices, payments, and accounts receivable Manage Weekly Payroll for technicians Filing System Ordering office and job materials Supporting day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:

Office management or administrative experience preferred HVAC, plumbing, or construction office experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with SAGE Contractor & Sage Field Operation (SSO) Experience with Microsoft Office Reliable and detail-oriented
