Job Description

Office Manager Goldberg Family Chiropractic - 5.0 Saugus, MA Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $70,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) matching Employee discount Qualifications Spanish Management Debt collection Accounts receivable management Process improvement Accounts payable management Attention to detail Leadership Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description We are looking for a strong, inspired Office Manager who can help lead our team, protect the patient experience, and keep our office running with excellence. This is a manager-level role for someone who is friendly, organized, accountable, solution-oriented, and passionate about improving the lives of others. Our chiropractic office takes pride in serving patients in our local community by helping them a drug-free way to get healthy. We are looking for a highly motivated, naturally energetic person who wants to help us change lives for the better. There are masses of sick, hurting, suffering people in our community, and our office exists to help them get better. The right person will be able to lead from the front: supporting the doctor, leading the team, creating a warm and professional patient experience, following through on systems, and making sure important details do not fall through the cracks. No direct experience in a chiropractic office is required if you are the right fit, but leadership, management, customer service, and communication experience are strongly preferred. I will choose someone who is motivated by a challenge and by making a contribution to the community. You will be financially incentivized for a job well done, but there will be lots of love, recognition, and appreciation, too. If you believe this describes you, send me your information. What you have done in the past matters, but who you are now and what you are committed to doing in the future matters even more. You are a human being, not just a list of skills and experiences. I look forward to talking with you on the phone and possibly meeting you in person. Contact me right away and let's get the ball rolling!
What This Role Is Responsible For:
  • Helping lead the office team and maintain a positive, high-accountability culture
  • Creating an excellent patient experience from the first phone call through each office visit
  • Supporting scheduling, patient flow, office communication, and daily operations
  • Helping make sure office systems are followed consistently and improved when needed
  • Training, supporting, and holding team members accountable to office standards
  • Communicating clearly with patients, team members, and the doctor
  • Following up consistently with patients, prospective patients, and community connections
  • Helping track performance goals, patient care opportunities, and office growth initiatives
  • Handling problems with maturity, ownership, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Protecting the culture, energy, cleanliness, and professionalism of the office
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Has office management, leadership, or senior-level customer service experience
  • High energy, positive, and naturally enjoys working with people
  • Values personal health, wellness, and personal growth
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Is a self-starter, fast learner, and takes ownership without needing constant reminders
  • Has strong communication skills and can have professional, direct conversations when needed
  • Is comfortable with phones, financial conversations, scheduling, computers, patient communication, and follow-up
  • Can lead with warmth while still maintaining standards and accountability
  • Has a passion for helping others improve their quality of life
  • Wants to be part of a mission-driven team, not just collect a paycheck
