Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is currently hiring a Office Manager. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily dental office operations, staff performance, and patient experience to ensure high-quality care and service. This role drives operational efficiency, supports team development, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and core values.
Schedule:
Monday•Thursday 7am•5pm and Fridays 7am-2pm Full time
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, schedule management, and patient flow to ensure efficient care delivery Lead, manage, and hold staff accountable to performance standards and office goals Ensure exceptional patient experience through professionalism, communication, and service excellence Train and develop staff on office procedures, protocols, and best practices Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to improve practice performance Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions Support financial processes including treatment plan presentation, patient billing, and payment collection Coordinate closely with administrative and leadership teams on office operations and process improvements Conduct regular check-ins with team leads to drive performance and engagement Assist with scheduling, phone coverage, and front office workflow as needed Partner with HR on staffing needs, hiring support, and employee management Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements Lead special projects and new initiatives to improve office efficiency and patient care
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of office management experience (dental strongly preferred) Experience in dental or healthcare office operations (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental a plus) Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with scheduling, billing, and insurance verification processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements
Compensation:
Ranges from $80,000•$92,000 a year annual salary. Bonus opportunities are available. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
