Description:
Northeast IT Systems, Inc. is a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions. This role is critical to keeping our office running efficiently and will handle accounting support, vendor coordination, order processing, and HR assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. There is potential for growth as this role expands. Though job duties can vary, we would expect our Office Manger to be responsible for: Accounting & Financial Support Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Perform basic bookkeeping and reconciliations Prepare documentation for payroll and work closely with outside accounting/CPA as needed Track expenses, invoices, and payments accurately Maintain organized financial records Office & Operations Management Process customer and internal order requests Manage and coordinate property vendors, including: landscaping, cleaning services, trash & recycling, and other building services as needed Ensure the office is fully stocked, functional, and well-maintained Act as the main point of contact for office-related issues HR & Administrative Support Work closely with the HR Manager to assist with: onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, scheduling and internal communications, help maintain personnel files and support compliance tasks Assist leadership with general administrative needs
Salary:
$60,000 - $65,860 per year, based on experience
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in an office manager, administrative, bookkeeping, or accounting support role Hands-on experience with AP/AR and bookkeeping Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills US Citizenship Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Must pass CORI/background check
Preferred:
Experience coordinating vendors or facilities management Prior HR administrative support experience Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar business systems
