Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong budgeting skills, exceptional clerical abilities, and a knack for vendor management. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient office environment while supporting the team in various administrative functions. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Develop and maintain budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and team members. Coordinate vendor management activities, including negotiations and contract renewals. Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences to foster team collaboration. Maintain calendars for executives and staff, scheduling appointments and managing conflicts. Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in an administrative capacity. Strong budgeting skills with a keen eye for detail in financial management. Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in clerical duties including filing systems and document organization. Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills. Experience in vendor management is preferred but not required. Familiarity with event planning processes to coordinate successful company gatherings. Ability to manage calendars efficiently while prioritizing tasks effectively. Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
