Job Description

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations while leading full-cycle recruiting efforts and supervising administrative staff. This role ensures the office runs efficiently, maintains a productive work environment, and supports organizational growth through effective hiring and team management.

Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and organizationMaintain office policies, procedures, and systemsManage office supplies, vendors, and facility-related needsLead full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingPartner with leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce planning strategiesUtilize various recruiting channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidatesMaintain applicant tracking systems and ensure a positive candidate experienceSupervise, train, and evaluate office staffDelegate tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and qualityFoster a positive team environment and address employee concernsSupport employee development, engagement, and retention initiativesEnsure hiring and employment practices comply with company policies and labor lawsMaintain employee records and support HR-related administrative functionsAssist with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits coordination
