Job Description

A well-established dealership is seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager with a strong background in dealership accounting to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, drives team performance, and takes ownership of key financial processes and reporting functions. Key responsibilities include generating financial reports for upper management, supporting the Controller with month-end closing processes, and supervising, training, and monitoring accounting staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership abilities, in-depth knowledge of automotive dealership accounting, and Experience with dealership management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams is also required. The salary is based on Experience Responsibilities Assist the Controller in managing accounting staff and overseeing accounting duties. Process dealership financial transactions such as bank statements, GL entries, invoices, monthly reports, and expense schedules. Research, reconcile, and clean accounting schedules. Ensure timely payments for incentives, floorplan interest, and warranty claims. Coordinate and source company purchasing, evaluate suppliers, and assist in negotiating pricing. Requirements 2+ years of Automotive Office Manager experience (required) Strong knowledge of dealership accounting practices Reynolds/Ignite experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Professional, team-oriented approach Authorized to work in the USA Valid driver's license required Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug test.

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
